Red Fruit Tart

Have you thought about what you're going to do to surprise your family and friends this weekend? We have a delicious suggestion: Red Fruit Pie! We promise that it will make the dessert or snack sweeter and conquer the palate of everyone, even the most demanding.
Blackberries, strawberries and blueberries are some of the ingredients that cannot be missed. The base is composed of granola with nuts, oatmeal, Greek yogurt and cocoa. It's to eat and cry for more!
The best part? It's a quick and very fresh dessert for these summer days.

Basis
Ingredients:

300 g homemade granola with nuts
80 g of oat flakes
50 g of butter
30 ml of olive oil
50 ml of Greek yogurt
50 g of cocoa chips

Preparation mode:
To make the base of the pie, start by slightly crushing the granola and mix it in a bowl with the oat flakes, cocoa chips, butter, olive oil and yogurt. Line the base of your tart pan with the mixture and set aside.

Filling
Ingredients:

1 cup fresh cream cheese
1 cup mascarpone cheese lunch
1 cup quark cheese luncheon
¼ cup rice jelly or agave
1 small piece of fresh grated ginger
1 lime (juice and zest)
8 sheets of gelatin
1 tablespoon of agar-agar
150 g of blackberries
150 g of strawberries
150 g of blueberries
150 g of currants
150 raspberries
150 baby figs
100 g of dark chocolate

Preparation mode:
To make the filling, start by placing half of the red berries in a pan. Bring to a boil with the lime juice and let it cook a little until it boils. Then crush it slightly and add the agar-agar. save.
Then, soak the gelatine sheets in cold water and set aside. Beat the fresh cream cheese, mascarpone and quark with the rice or agave jelly, add the lime zest and ginger and beat again. Meanwhile, drain the gelatine leaves, add them to the mixture and mix well.
In the red fruit mixture, add 1/3 of the cheese mixture and mix gently. Then place in the tart pan, mixing to create a marble effect. In the top layer, place only the previous preparation with the cheeses, agave and ginger, refrigerate until solidified.
Decorate the pie to your liking with fresh fruits (red and figs) and finish by sprinkling it with dark chocolate shavings.
Serve cold and enjoy!
