For those who are more undecided when it comes to choosing the fruits to use, today we have two suggestions: an antioxidant drink with strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and currant, and another option with mango, papaya, pineapple and passion fruit, which offers you an exotic flavor.

Antioxidant Shake
Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Currants
- Milk or plant-based drink
Preparation mode:
Start by washing the fruits. Then, place all the ingredients in a blender and let all the components grind and blend until a creamy texture is obtained. If necessary, add more milk or plant-based drink. Serve in a tall glass and add ice if you want. Enjoy yourself!
Exotic smoothie
Ingredients:
- Mango
- Papaya
- Pineapple
- Passion fruit
- Milk or plant-based drink
Preparation mode:
Start by peeling and cutting the mango, papaya and pineapple into pieces. Reserve in a mixing glass. Open the passion fruit and add the inside of them to the remaining pieces of fruit. Then, add the milk or vegetable drink and grind everything until you get a homogeneous liquid. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and enjoy the delicious smoothie you have just prepared. Add ice if you prefer your drink cooler.
